Terms and Conditions

Ordering, Cancellations & Changes

1. Online orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of the Order Confirmation by email.  

2. Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance for both self-pickup or delivery. (For example: orders for Monday would need to be placed by Saturday) 

3. For any changes in orders, please contact us at 9389 8582 and provide order reference number. It will be subjected to stock availability. 

4. No cancellation of orders is allowed upon order confirmation. 

5. Strictly no exchange of products once the delivery or pick-up has been made.

Payment & Pricing

1. Full payment is to be made upon check out of the products. 

2. Prices listed are all in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and does not include delivery charges.

3. L’Atelier Tiramisu reserves the right to change price and to add, alter, or remove promotional offers from time to time and as deemed necessary. 

Delivery

1. Delivery is made by a third-party vendor

2. Deliveries are charged separately at a flat fee of SGD17 island-wide per location and there is no minimum order for delivery. 

3. Deliveries are scheduled daily between 1pm-4pm (including Sundays and public holidays) and timing cannot be fixed. 

4. Deliveries could be affected due to  bad weather, traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. 

5. For any unsuccessful deliveries which require a second trip would incur a surcharge of SGD17. Payment is to be made before a redelivery is attempted.

Pick-up

1. Self pick-ups are to be made between these times: 

Monday to Saturday:   12pm – 8:30pm

Sunday:  12pm – 6:30pm

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 

You will be subjected to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you made the order, unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
